Are you feeling completely overwhelmed with everything life throws at you? I have those days, too, so I created The Burnt-Out Homemaker’s Guide to help us all survive this hectic life.
If you’re anything like me, you’re probably doing too much, don’t know when to say no, find asking for help unhelpful and want to scream from the stress of it all. Your house is a mess, your food budget is out of control, and you wonder how long a person can physically take what you have to do in a day.
If any of this sounds familiar, I’ve got the solutions in this survival guide/workbook. By the way, it’s on sale for the next week or so, for only 99 cents!
Even if you don’t buy the book, I want to help you get out of this rut. Here is one of my many tips to start taking control of your life. Choose one thing to declutter today. Don’t get distracted with an entire room or closet. Keep it small. Work on one shelf in your closet or one corner of a shelf. Stick to something you can do in 15 minutes or less. Set a timer and repeat several times a week. You don’t have to overcome everything at once, you just have to make forward progress.
I love you all. The link to order is below.

You’re not failing at life.
You’re burned out because you’re doing too much, quietly, every day.
The Burnt-Out Homemaker’s Survival Guide is for the woman who keeps the house running, the budget balanced, the meals coming, the kids learning, the pets happy, and everyone’s needs met, all while feeling unseen and worn thin. If you’ve ever collapsed into bed wondering why you’re exhausted even though you still have a ton of stuff left on your to-do list, I get where you’re coming from. This guide offers a way forward that doesn’t require perfection, positivity, or a complete life overhaul.
Keeping the house running, whether you work outside the home, freelance, work remotely, or are a homemaker, brings a mental load that never shuts off. All the emotional vampires in your life are quietly draining your energy until you shuffle through your days like a robot. All those special core memories slip away as stress piles on.
I want to share some realistic strategies for simplifying daily life, easing financial stress, lowering decision fatigue, and reclaiming small pockets of peace without guilt. Goodbye hustle culture. So long social media pressure. Just real life, handled more gently and focusing on what truly matters.
Inside, you’ll find:
- A clear explanation of why burnout happens even when you’re “home all day.”
- Simple systems for budgeting, meals, and routines that reduce stress instead of adding to it.
- Permission to let go of unrealistic expectations without letting everything fall apart.
- Practical ways to reclaim rest, identity, and emotional energy.
- Validation that you are not lazy, failing, or ungrateful.
This isn’t a book about becoming a better homemaker.
It’s about surviving the role without losing yourself to it.
You don’t have to get everything on your list done. You just need a plan to help you focus on which things matter the most. If you’re tired of advice that asks you to try harder, The Burnt-Out Homemaker’s Survival Guide offers something different: understanding, relief, and a calmer way to live inside the life you already have.
