Merry Christmas! Welcome to the Christmas Christian Fiction Scavenger Hunt! I’ll be focusing on my inspirational romance–Cupid’s Quest–for my part of this scavenger hunt.
Here’s how it works: At each author’s blog post, you will find a question that can be answered by checking out the free Amazon preview of their book. Don’t worry, I’ll give you a link to Cupid’s Quest and you can find the answer inside the LOOK INSIDE. Provide the answer at this form. Note: You must answer the questions for every author in the round-robin to be considered to win the $250 first place, $150 second place or $100 third place Amazon gift cards. These prizes are USD values. If you are not a U.S. resident, you will get a gift card from the Amazon store for your country; however, it will be valued at these USD amounts.)
At the end of my post is a link to the next blog, who will provide a link to the next blog, etc., to the very end, creating a circle (a round-robin) visit through all of the authors’ blogs.
About Cupid’s Quest by Lori Soard
I’m so excited to share a little about the first book in my Cupid’s Crossing series with you–CUPID’S QUEST.
They’re just like family to her and she can’t imagine losing them or this place…
What if you were about to lose everything you ever knew or loved?
Saving Those She Loves…
The only life Gracie has ever known has been the nursing home and the residents who are like family to her. Now, she risks losing it all and her friends scattering to different homes if she can’t come up with the money to save the business.
Granting a Mother’s Last Wish…
Between caring for his ailing mother and running the family farm, Brandt is stretched thin. Too thin. When his mother begs him to enter a local scavenger hunt, win the prize money, and convert the farm into an orchard, he knows he can’t refuse her anything, so he reluctantly agrees.
Finding True Love…
While seeking clues to the scavenger hunt, Gracie and Brandt keep bumping into each other. Gracie’s always had a crush on him that keeps her from stringing two coherent words together. Brandt doesn’t understand why she dislikes him so much she won’t even talk to him. If the nursing home residents would settle down and stop getting into crazy shenanigans long enough, the two might figure out that they have more than a little in common.
I love my small Hoosier town. This series is set in a town I created that represents two different small towns I’ve lived in over the years in the beautiful and welcoming state of Indiana. Small towns have a magical quality to them, where everyone knows you and neighbors will lend a helping hand. True they will talk about your business when they shouldn’t, but sometimes it winds up being a helpful thing. Always, there is caring and a strong sense of community.
It makes sense to put CUPID’S QUEST in our Christmas scavenger hunt, because the characters in my book go on a zany adventure on their own scavenger hunt. I hope you enjoy this inspirational, Christian romance as much as I enjoyed writing it. It’s on sale for only 99 cents just for this event through December 11th at 10 a.m. EST.
Hint: You can also read Ben’s story in this series by signing up for my newsletter at the top of this page.
Let’s begin this scavenger hunt! Go to the book on Amazon at this link. Check out the Look Inside for CUPID’S QUEST.
Read a bit and find the answer to this question:
What is the name of Gracie’s small retirement home?
When you have the answer, FILL OUT THIS FORM and head on to the next blog!
Thank you so much for visiting! The next author on the tour is Hallee Bridgeman, who is telling us all about her Christmas book Blizzard in the Bluegrass. You can find it at this link. Remember that the round-robin will end on December 11th at 11:59 PM EST!
